Celebration of Nations

Please join us on Thursday, October 5th, from 5:00-7:00 PM for Celebration of Nations, our MES School Fundraiser. Come enjoy a hot dog and chili supper for $5.00 and enjoy making crafts, STEM projects, scavenger hunts, face painting, and much more! Our Facebook Auction will begin at 5:00PM and the music program will start at 7:00PM.

McTeacher's Night

Join us for dinner at McDonald's of Kingston Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Twenty percent of sales will be donated to Midway Elementary School. The Kingston McDonald's is locally owned and operated by John and Sondra Faris.

Grandparents Day

3rd-5th Grade Grandparents Day Breakfast

MES hosted another Grandparents Day Breakfast on Friday, September 22, 2017 for our 3rd-5th grade students and their grandparents. MES wishes to thank all of our grandparents and students who participated in this event. MES also wants to thank our cafeteria staff and teachers for their hard work to ensure this was such an enjoyable and successful event.

Roane County Highway Department

MES Students Collect Cans for Roane County Hwy. Dept.

The Roane County Highway Department supplied solar glasses for all of our students and staff for the total solar eclipse. In order to promote recycling and litter clean-up in Roane County, they asked each student to bring in four soda cans to recycle. Our MES students helped in the recycling effort!
